The 2012 University of Kansas School of Health Professions Recognition Ceremony will be held at 9 a.m. on
Saturday, May 12, 2012, at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall in Kansas City, Kan. As a recognition ceremony, and not a graduation event, family and friends are close enough to see students, and is an opportunity for individual acknowledgement of student accomplishments. There is no limit to the number of guests, and tickets are not required.
The University of Kansas Commencement will be the following day in Lawrence. Students are encouraged to participate in both ceremonies.

if you're planning to attend. If your name is missing, call Moffett at 913-588-5275 immediately.
Also, please check back in May to review the 2012 Ceremony Guide and print it for later reference, if necessary. Please note that there is NO DRESS REHEARSAL. These instructions serve as the rehearsal and contain details you might wish to know ahead of time to share with your families and friends.

Directions, Parking and Accommodations
The event will be held at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall, 600 N. 7th Street Trafficway in Kansas City, Kan. Parking lots are available in the area, including free on-street parking on weekends. See parking map
. Please use the Memorial Hall Driveway just south of the building for handicapped/wheelchair access .Memorial Hall has wheelchair access, but does not have a supply of wheelchairs. If wheelchair accommodations are needed for a family member or friend, please bring a wheelchair to the ceremony Memorial Hall site information.

GradImages is the official photographer for event. Proofs will be sent to your home and via email within three to five days after graduation. Pictures can be ordered online, by phone or by mail. Graduation Images can be contacted at 800‑261‑2576 or via email at www.gradimages.com.
Registering your graduate with GradImages provides them with the information they need to deliver your graduation proofs to you in a timely manner.
Giving them an accurate mailing address and email address will allow them to
get your proofs to you on the first try. You may also provide them with
email addresses of up to six friends and family members to allow them to
celebrate in the accomplishment.
